Maasai Mara well described as“World Cup of Wildlife”, It’s about 270 km from the capital Nairobi City and takes about 4-5 hours by road or 40-45 minutes by flight. Maasai Mara is an all year round destination with the big cats, and all the big game.
Zanzibar is described as a jewel in the ocean, a magnificent place to escape from the world, it is located in the Indian Ocean 15 miles off the coast of Tanzania. Zanzibar’s coastline being rated as one of the finest offers some of the best beaches in the world. Here you can swim, snorkel or just lounge the hour’s away, while shoals of luminous fish graze over nearby coral gardens and pods of dolphins frolic offshore. Zanzibar Town, sits the historic quarter of Stone Town, with an enthralling mix of influences from Africa, Arabia, India and Europe forms the list of things to expect.
Day 1
Arrive at Safarilink lounge‚ Wilson Airport for your scheduled flight to the Masai Mara. The flight is approximately 45 minutes. Upon arrival at the airstrip‚ you will be met by a driver/ guide who will transfer you to the Camp to check in‚ from the airstrip you will enjoy a short game drive viewing. After lunch, you will depart for a late afternoon game drive or enjoy other activities offered at the camp.
Day 2
Early morning game drive conducted in 4×4 vehicles and accompanied by an experienced driver-guide. Lectures on wildlife conservation and culture are regularly given. Later in the day, you will engage in a variety of exciting safari activities. They vary depending on the clientele’s needs and include evening entertainment and sundowner.
Day 3
Enjoy a final early morning game drive before breakfast‚ after which you will be transferred to the airstrip to fly back to Nairobi for your connecting flight to Zanzibar at 1400 hrs. The flight to Zanzibar is approximately 1 hr 45 minutes. Upon arrival at Zanzibar‚ you will be met by the hotel representative and taken to the Hotel for check-in and overnight.
Day 4
Spend the day at leisure or relax at the beach. There are many activities to keep you engaged throughout the day like windsurfing‚ beach sports‚ floodlit tennis court‚ table tennis‚ pool tables and fully equipped gymnasium. You can also opt for guided tours of the stone town‚ spice town or other outdoor activities for a fee.
Day 5
Spend the day at leisure or relax at the beach. There are many activities to keep you engaged throughout the day like windsurfing‚ beach sports‚ floodlit tennis court‚ table tennis‚ pool tables and fully equipped gymnasium. You can also opt for guided tours of the stone town‚ spice town or other outdoor activities for a fee.
Day 6
Spend your morning at leisure or relax at the beach. After lunch‚ you will be transferred to the airstrip and fly back to Nairobi.
